Simply email us at returns@justsayhats.com with the reason for your return. We will issue a return authorization (RA#) via email for you to print on the box and include in your return. All we ask is that you pay the return shipping cost. Once received, we will promptly issue a full credit, less shipping charges.
All returns must be received within 30 days of order date. No returns accepted without return authorization number (RA#)
Only 1/2 dozen (6 pieces per style, per color) of headwear may be returned. No singles or less than 6 pieces per style, per color can be returned.
Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days from receipt of goods. All claims must be made in writing via email to claims@justsayhats.com
Cancellations can be made before shipment. Once shipment is made, return policy is in affect.
If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order and you will be notified before we ship the other portion of the order.
